1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the repair services provided by RageFix, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Description of Services
RageFix provides repair services for various electronic devices including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles. Our services include diagnostics, hardware repairs, component replacements, software troubleshooting, and data recovery where possible.
3. Quotes and Payment
All repair quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Payment is required upon completion of the repair service before the device is returned to the customer. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Additional charges may apply if new issues are discovered during the repair process, but these will be communicated to you before proceeding.
4. Warranty
RageFix provides a 3-month warranty on parts and labor for most repairs. This warranty covers defects in the parts used and workmanship issues related to the specific repair performed. The warranty does not cover:
- Water damage or physical damage occurring after the repair
- Software issues unrelated to the hardware repair
- Damage caused by third-party repair attempts after our service
- Problems unrelated to the original repair
5. Data Backup
RageFix is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. It is the customer's responsibility to back up all important data before submitting a device for repair. While we take precautions to preserve data whenever possible, we cannot guarantee that data will not be lost or damaged during repairs.
6. Unclaimed Devices
Devices left at RageFix for repair and not collected within 60 days of the customer being notified of completion will be considered abandoned. RageFix reserves the right to dispose of or recycle abandoned devices to cover storage costs and unpaid repair fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
RageFix's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits.
8. Applicable Law
These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the services provided by RageFix shall be governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
RageFix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
